COTE CHALONNAISE

Between the Côte de Beaune and the Mâconnais, the Côte Chalonnaise produces numerous ​​red wines in shades of ruby over red and black fruit, robust wines of great character. The region also produces some white wines, delicate for the Chardonnay and more vivid with the Aligoté, a very old Burgundy grape variety that thrives in the village of Bouzeron.
