Shipment

-          As soon as the order is received and if it fills into the terms of sales, our team prepares it into 24hours.

-          The order precises the place, otherwise the volunty for the buyer to pick out the bottles by himself in the shop based in Beaune.

Delays

- France : You will receipt your order into 24h to 48h from when it leaves the warehouse.

- Abroad: It takes a maximum of 72 hours for shipments outside France and the European Union.

Shipper

- Mainly, the transport company that takes care of your orders is Chronopost.

- If the order contains more than 40 bottles we work with Hillebrant compagny, (unless to USA).

- Geodis will handle shipments to the Japan and Côte d’or import for USA.

Shipment fees

- Secure packaging will protect and reduce the risk of damaging or breaking your bottles.

- Count Transport costs and the transport itself

-          You can have an eyes on shipment prices easily in your cart page. By clicking on « preview shipping cost » you’ll see tariffs in function of the quantity of products your cart contains and the delivery country choosen. 

Insurance fees

- Shipments to countries outside the European Union do not require the payment of French VAT (Switzerland, Norway, United States, HK, Macau, Singapore, Japan, China, South Korea, etc.).

- Any customs fees and taxes applicable on wine for any delivery outside the European Union are not included and remain at your charge.
